Welcome to Resident Evil: Degeneration! Join Leon S. Kennedy as he once again combats the undead. Fight your way through the airport, rescue survivors, and try to make it out alive!

Controls:

At the beginning of each mission, scroll through Ingrid's message using up/down buttons, and click Ok.

Before every mission, there will be an Equip Items screen. This screen will give the option to equip special items that are not weapons or healing items. These items will be collected throughout the game. Scroll through them using left/right buttons to equip an item.

To aim, use left/right on your directional pad, or 4/6 on your number pad. To fire, press Ok or 5. To reload, press down or 8.

To collect items during the game, aim your weapon at them when they appear on the screen, and fire as you normally would. Do it quickly though, as the items will only appear on the screen for a short time.

Sometimes in the game, you will receive grenades, first aid spray or green herbs. To throw a grenade, press 1 or #. To use a First Aid Spray, press 0 and to use an herb, press 3 or *.

Pressing the clear/back/menu button during a mission will bring up the Mission Menu. This will give you the option of checking what items Leon is carrying, and what they do.

You can toggle sound options or return to the main menu.

Bar Indicators:

During the missions you will see a variety of horizontal bars. The bars above the enemies' heads indicate how much time you have to shoot them before they attack Leon. When an enemy's bar reaches full red, it will attack.

The lower of the two bars at the top of the screen is the health bar for the zombie you are currently aiming at. The bar above it is Leon's health bar, indicating how much damage he has taken.

Avoid letting Leon's health bar get too low- you can press 0 to administer a first aid spray (if you have one) and replenish Leon's entire health bar. Pressing 3 or * to consume an herb (if you have one) will replenish part of his health bar. The herbs and health spray are limited to the number of them that you picked up.

Tip: Try not to shoot in rapid succession. To inflict more damage on enemies, allow your weapon's crosshair to come together before shooting.

Survivor Missions:

Occasionally, you will encounter a survivor that needs to be protected. During these missions, the survivor's health bar will take the place of Leon's health bar.
