- Game Modes -

Practice

In a Practice game you will
not face an opponent and
no rule set is applied.
You have an open table and
can continue to pocket
balls as long as you like.
If you pocket all the balls
on the table, they will be
re-racked and you will be
able to continue playing.

Exhibition

In an Exhibition game you
play a single game against
an AI opponent of your
choice. The Rule set you
select for game type will
apply here.


Tournament

In a Tournament, you will
play with 7 other AI 
players from the 
quarter-final stage. AI
vs. AI matches will be
simulated. You can play
upto three rounds. In 
each round, the player
faces off against another
player for a place in the
next round, right through
to the final. The number of
frames required to win a
match may be changed in
the Options page.

Sharks

Sharks is a mode where You 
will play each of 15 AI
opponents, starting with
the easiest progressing to
the hardest. If you lose
any match along the way,
you lose, and the
competition ends for you.
The number of frames
required to win a match
may be changed in the
Options page.

- Game Types -

8-Ball

The objective of 8-Ball
pool is to pocket the 
8-Ball after pocketing
all the other balls,
either solids or stripes
(depending on which one
you have acquired).

9-Ball

The Objective of 9-Ball
pool is to pocket the
9-Ball. The player can
hit only the lowest
numbered ball on the 
table, but, he can pocket
any ball with such a shot.

Straight Pool

The objective of Straight
Pool is to be the first
one to score a
predetermined number of
points. 1 point is 
scored for each ball
legally pocketed. Points
are deducted for each foul.
