GAME INFO:

The Crystal Maze 2 is a self-contained world divided into four distinctive zones - Medieval, Futuristic, Aztec and Ocean - each with different rooms of varying dimensions. Each room contains a game with its own specific time period.

The object of The Crystal Maze 2 is for a team of six people aged between 16 and 60 with different skills and talents to attempt to win as many games as possible for each zone. The games are divided into categories - physical, skill, mental and mystery. Certain players will be better at certain types of games. Each successfully completed game gains for the team a time crystal which in turn buys 15 seconds of time in the Crystal Dome. A player can get locked into a room however if they have not managed to exit within the time given. Automatic lock-ins also appear in certain games, usually occurring if the contestants uses all 3 of their chances at that game.

The dome is at the centre of The Crystal Maze and contains the prizes which are represented by golden tokens mixed in among silver tokens that swirl around inside the dome. You must try to catch and retain as many tokens as possible within the time "bought" with the crystals. At the end of the game, and if, when after the number of silver tokens have been deducted from the number of gold tokens, the total of remaining gold is over 100, the team will win the prize.
